Arts OutWest - Submit Your Event

Arts OutWest promotes over 2000 arts and cultural events each year locally, regionally and beyond through radio, TV, print and online media, in the monthly Artspeak newsletter and via the online What's On.

Which events do we list? Events must be related to 'arts and culture' and be taking place within the geographic area serviced by Arts OutWest.

ALL eligible events submitted will be listed in the online What's On. Where possible we will also promote your event through our media activities, but please be aware that we can not promise or guarantee any particular coverage to any event or organisation.

Deadlines for Content

For the Artspeak newsletter: By the 15th of the month prior to the month of the event.
For other media: At least 3 weeks before the event date.
The sooner you can submit content the more coverage we may be able to help you get.
