ARTSTART Youth Art Skills Program
Arts OutWest is funded by TAFE NSW Access every two years to coordinate a regional ArtStart, Youth Arts and Skills Festival for the Central West. This year Arts OutWest has initiated a partnership with the Orana Region with one central grant application. The Central West region includes the Bathurst Region, Blayney, Cabonne, Cowra, Forbes, Lithgow City, Lachlan, Oberon, Orange City, Parkes, Wellington, and Orana takes in Dubbo, Gilgandra Narromine and the Warrumbungles shire.*
Participants in the workshops will gain skills and further their knowledge on how they might extend their expertise by accessing more formal courses delivered through training centres, through private tuition, or through mentorships depending upon their level of competency and interest.
