or, if you're emailing details directly or sending a flyer or poster from the event remember to include:

• Event name
• Estaimated attendence
• Your contact details
• Dates. If an exhibition remmeber to include the date it closes and regular opening hours
• Venue, including address and town
• Ticketing information: price, where to purchase
• Contact phone number for general public information
• A breif description of the event and what makes it special
• Attach a good quaility jpg. image, include a caption with photographer credit and names of people in the photo
