Regional Arts NSW NetworkArts OutWest is one of the 14 networked Regional Arts Boards in NSW, supported by peak body Regional Arts NSW. Regional arts issues are represented nationally by Regional Arts Australia. Each Regional Arts Board (RAB) is independent but works in partnership with other organisations in their region, and the other Regional Arts Boards in the state, to strategically deliver arts and cultural development.
